What We Stand For

Our Core Values

Every decision we make, from the factory floor to the boardroom, is guided by three principles that have carried NAFOCO from a small workshop to a global OEM partner.

Innovation Driven by
Internal Talent

Our 30+ in-house engineers design custom tooling and automation solutions rather than relying on outside vendors, keeping know-how in-house and driving continuous product improvement.

Empathy-Driven
Leadership

A people-first management style keeps turnover low and craftsmanship consistent across our 1,800-strong workforce, so every container shipped meets the same quality bar.

Process-Driven
Execution

Documented SOPs across every production stage let us hold ±0.5mm tolerances and predictable lead times, order after order, factory after factory.

A Trusted Legacy in Wood Manufacturing

Established in 1991, NAFOCO (Nam Dinh Forest Products Joint Stock Company) has grown from a local wood processing workshop into a premier Vietnamese manufacturer of FSC-certified acacia wood furniture. With over three decades of industry expertise, we have perfected the art of transforming sustainable Vietnamese timber into high-quality, durable furniture for the global market.

Our vertically integrated supply chain is what sets us apart. We don't just manufacture furniture; we manage over 1,200 hectares of FSC-certified forests in Northern Vietnam. This control allows us to ensure absolute traceability, price stability, and uncompromising quality from the forest floor to the final shipping container.

As an official IKEA supplier since 2007, our factories operate under the strictest international standards, including IWAY, ISO 9001:2015, and BSCI. We specialize in high-capacity OEM/ODM services, shipping over 2,000 containers annually to leading retail chains in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

Our Commitment to Innovation & Sustainability

At NAFOCO, innovation is driven by internal talent. Our dedicated team of 30+ engineers and in-house robotics specialists develops custom automation solutions that ensure precision (±0.5mm accuracy) and efficiency across our three specialized production facilities.

Sustainability is not just a certification for us—it is a core value. Our newest factory (Factory No. 3) is equipped with a 4MW solar power system, and our biomass boilers convert production waste into clean energy for our kiln-drying processes. We are committed to achieving zero-waste manufacturing while providing long-term economic stability for over 1,800 local families.

Whether you are looking for outdoor patio sets, indoor dining collections, or large-scale RTA furniture manufacturing, NAFOCO provides the scale, precision, and ethical assurance required by today's sophisticated global brands.
